Dallas Cowboys

TV & Radio Host - Dallascowboys.com Writer

Hired in September of 2019, my journey with the Cowboys originally began as a production assistant and reporter. In the Spring of 2020, I was named the new host of the award-winning Talkin' Cowboys and Draft Show podcasts.  A few month later, I moved over to the television side full-time as the on-air host of multiple programs such as Cowboys Pregame Live, Cowboys Game Night, Cowboys OT, and more. Other duties include contributing to the website with multiple articles each week along with constructing packages and content for the various shows, recording daily television hits for local CBS and FOX stations, and producing multiple broadcasts throughout the week. During my stint with the Cowboys, I have had the pleasure of anchoring the teams NFL Draft coverage, schedule release, Training Camp Preview, and Top 60 Cowboys Players show.

West Virginia Power

Broadcast and Media Relations Assistant

During the 2019 Minor League Baseball season, I served as the secondary broadcaster and media contact for the West Virginia Power, an affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. This year of baseball allowed me to sharpen my broadcasting, preparation, graphic design, and writing skills. Being a part of a front office that pushed every day to make the game day experience better for the fans, players, and staff is something I will take with me for the remainder of my career. Some highlights of the year included working with David Kahn (dkahn@wvpower.com), hosting the 2019 South Atlantic League All-Star Game, and working with the wonderful people of Charleston, West Virginia.

Texas Motor Speedway

Play-By-Play Announcer

Beginning in June 2018, I was given the opportunity to broadcast race weekends at the infamous Texas Motor Speedway. Announcing races for NASCAR and IndyCar were a dream come true and is a highlight of my career to this point. I work alongside the great Rich Phillips (rphillips@texasmotorspeedway.com) for all of these races and learned from his style and preparation for each race to further expand my own.

Friday Night Stars

Host and Executive Producer

Starting in Fall 2018, I began hosting the new high school scoreboard show produced by the Dallas Cowboys and broadcasted LIVE from The Star in Frisco. The show aired every Friday night from 5-7pm previewing all the top games in the DFW area. Then from 9-11pm, Friday Night Stars Overtime reviews the results of all the games with interviews, highlights, and call-ins from around Texas High School Football. New to 2019, Friday Night Stars will be producing a 'Thursday Night Game of the Week' in the DFW area where I will be the Play-by-Play voice and work beside Zach Wolchuk.

ESPN Radio

Play-by-Play Announcer and Producer

Following graduation in May 2018, I began my time as a member of the ESPN Central Texas team. I spent the rest of the year as the producer for the Opening Drive morning show alongside Ward Whites and Butch Henry. The show aired from 10-Noon on the airwaves and was a popular show for those interested in College Football, College Basketball, the NFL, and MLB. During this time, I was also the play-by-play announcer for any football and basketball games that were available in the Central Texas area. I learned new things every day from the interactions and coaching I had with David Smoak (smoaky@1660espn.com) and Paul Catalina (paul@1660espn.com), and will take those lessons anywhere I go.

Game On Sports

Play-by-Play Announcer and Producer

Starting with a season calling the Dallas Roughnecks home games in Summer 2015, I have been a major voice of the Game On Sports Production team in Dallas, Texas. The company is owned and operated by Fred Garner, with me being in charge of organizing the on-air elements of the broadcasts while also hiring on-air talent as the company grows. During my time with Game On, I have called Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Ultimate Frisbee, and more across the Southern United States. Throughout my first three years with the company, I called close to 400 different sporting events, giving me plenty of repetition to build my broadcast style and knowledge for the business.
